Description
Reporting directly to the CEO, you will be the most senior full-time finance professional within the Group, working closely with the Board and Fractional CFO.
This is a broad leadership position combining financial control, commercial finance and strategic business partnering. Whilst the role retains responsibility for statutory reporting, governance and financial stewardship, the successful candidate will play a key role in transforming financial information into meaningful business insight. xgikmsk
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the finance function across the Group and its subsidiaries
- Producing consolidated management accounts and Board reporting
- Delivering commercial insight to support strategic decision-making
- Leading budgeting, forecasting and cashflow planning
- Partnering with the CEO and senior leadership team to improve business performance
- Developing reporting frameworks, KPIs and profitability analysis
- Managing the Group audit and statutory reporting process
- Supporting growth initiatives, investment decisions and operational improvements
- Leading and developing a small finance team
- Attending Board meetings and contributing to business strategy
