Description
Ownership of monthly management accounts, P&L, and balance sheet reporting.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning processes.
Prepare accurate group reporting packs and ensure compliance with group deadlines.
Provide commercial analysis and insightful reporting to support decision making.
Partner with senior stakeholders to improve performance and profitability.
Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team.
Manage year-end processes and liaise with auditors.
Maintain robust financial controls and processes.
Support strategic projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
A professional qualification in accounting or finance or QBE.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Proficiency with financial software and tools.
Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Ability to communicate complex financial information clearly
