Description

  • Ownership of monthly management accounts and financial reporting
  • Leading the annual audit process
  • Enhancing financial controls, governance and compliance
  • Supporting senior stakeholders with financial insight and decision making
  • Driving process improvements and systems development
  • Supporting future growth initiatives, including potential acquisitions
  • Managing and developing a small finance team

Profile

  • Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent)
  • Strong technical accounting and audit experience
  • Financial Controller or senior Finance Manager background
  • Experience within an SME or growth business environment
  • Confident dealing with senior leadership and non-finance stakeholders
  • Hands-on approach with a continuous improvement mindset

Job Offer

  • Salary circa Β£80,000 (some flexibility for the right individual)
