As a Tax Manager specialising in Family Office & Private Client services, you'll play a key role in providing tailored tax advice and managing compliance for high-net-worth individuals and families.
Based in Bristol, you'll help ensure that clients' financial affairs are aligned with their goals, while contributing to the smooth functioning of the professional services team.

The successful candidate will join an established national Family Office & Private Client practice comprising 159 professionals, including 11 Partners and 16 Directors.
The team advises high-net-worth individuals, entrepreneurs, business owners, senior executives and private equity professionals, as well as trusts, estates and partnerships, with exposure to both UK and international tax matters.

- Manage a varied portfolio of complex high-net-worth private clients.
- Deliver high-quality personal tax advisory services across the client portfolio.
- Advise on inheritance tax, capital gains tax and income tax matters.
- Provide advice on UK and international personal tax issues.
- Develop bespoke solutions to complex and one-off client tax assignments.
- Identify opportunities to provide additional tax advice to existing clients.
- Project manage advisory assignments, ensuring deadlines and procedures are met.
- Maintain appropriate risk management and compliance standards.
- Manage work in progress, billing and cash collection.
- Oversee the performance and career development of junior and qualified staff.
- Profile
- Qualified accountant or tax adviser, ideally ATT, CTA, ACA or ACCA.
- Applications also welcomed from candidates qualified through experience.
- Strong background within personal tax and experience of a varied client portfolio.
- Good technical understanding of the tax issues affecting private clients.
- Able to analyse complex tax matters and develop commercially focused solutions.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Confident building relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Able to work collaboratively within a team and independently when required.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines.
