- Establish and lead a new tax and accountancy division.
- Deliver private client tax advisory and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, business owners and entrepreneurial clients.
- Advise clients on a broad range of personal tax matters including income tax, capital gains tax and inheritance tax planning.
- Support owner-managed businesses with their tax and accountancy requirements.
- Develop strong client relationships and act as a trusted adviser to high-net-worth and high-profile individuals.
- Build a sustainable portfolio of clients through referrals and business development activity.
- Work closely with wealth advisers to deliver integrated planning solutions.
- Develop operational processes, procedures and service offerings for the division.
- Ensure regulatory and professional compliance requirements are met.
