Description
- Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts to support financial planning.
- Monitor budgets and provide variance analysis to key stakeholders.
- Assist in forecasting and cash flow management to ensure financial stability.
- Review and improve financial processes to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Support the preparation of statutory accounts and liaise with auditors as needed.
- Oversee cost management and evaluate cost-saving initiatives.
- Provide financial insights to support strategic business decisions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
- A professional accounting qualification (e.g., ACCA, CIMA, ACA) or equivalent.
- German GAAP experience
- Proven experience in preparing management accounts and financial analysis.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to communicate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from £45,000 to £55,000 per annum, dependent on the level of experience.
