Description
- Coordinate and oversee daily operations within the engineering and manufacturing team.
- 4 on 4 off Days/Nights 12 rotations then 18 days off
- Assist in managing team members to ensure deadlines and quality standards are met.
- Monitor and optimise production processes to improve efficiency.
- Support the Team Leader in planning and implementing projects.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to the team.
- Prepare and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
- Foster a collaborative and productive working environment.
Profile
A successful Deputy Team Leader should have:
- Previous experience in engineering or manufacturing roles.
- Strong leadership and organisational skills.
- Knowledge of production processes and equipment in an industrial setting.
- Good understanding of health and safety standards.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent communication and team management abilities.
