Our client, a leading bespoke food supplier based in Bedfordshire, is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Technical Manager to join their team on the Night shift. They are market leaders in supplying bakery products for QSR;s, food service and major retailers across the UK. You must be able to work shift pattern of Tuesday to Saturday or Sunday – Thursday (19:00-4am). Client Details Our client, a leading bespoke food supplier based in Bedfordshire, is seeking a proactive and experienced Site Technical Manager to join their team on the Night shift . They are market leaders in supplying bakery products for QSR;s, food service and major retailers around the UK. This role will be reporting into a Head of Technical and overseeing a team directly. Description Maintain and oversee the site’s Quality Management Systems to ensure compliance with customer and third-party standards. Lead factory audits and ensure adherence to food safety, hygiene, and legal requirements, maintaining BRC AA standards. Manage HACCP processes, including risk assessments and implementing controls for new products, processes, or raw materials.
