We are seeking a Multi-Skilled Shift Engineer to maintain and repair production equipment, minimise downtime, and support the efficient operation of manufacturing lines.
The role combines reactive and planned maintenance responsibilities while working closely with production and engineering teams to drive safety, reliability, and continuous improvement.

Description Working shifts - 2 days and 2 nights and 4 off Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production equipment to minimise downtime.
Diagnose and resolve technical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering team.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
Collaborate with production teams to optimise equipment performance.
Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment performance.
