Job Description This temporary Operations Manager/Director role in Sheffield is all about overseeing and improving daily operations within the industrial sector. An organisation operating within the industrial manufacturing sector in the Sheffield area. The interim Operations Manager/Director is responsible for ensuring the optimal running of this manufacturing site. 60 people across manufacturing, engineering, distribution and installation Help to install a new ERP system to improve business capability Develop and monitor a suite of KPIs to enable business success Review manufacturing procedures to drive efficiencies, costs, quality and delivery The successful Operations Manager/Director should have: Proven experience in an Operational Leadership role within the industrial manufacturing sector. Ability to analyse data and implement actionable strategies. Availability to start a new role immediately. Daily rate of £300-600/day dependent on the level of experience, inside IR35.. Temporary contract until the end of year initially, offering flexibility and an opportunity to make a tangible impact.
