As a Product Compliance Specialist based in Falmouth, you'll play a key role in ensuring products meet all required compliance standards in the industrial and manufacturing sector. Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to ensure adherence to compliance requirements. Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain compliance Ensure REACH and RoHS declarations are current, supported by appropriate supplier or material data, and reviewed in line with regulatory updates Keep up-to-date with changes in regulatory standards and implement necessary adjustments. Develop and maintain compliance documentation and records. Provide guidance and support to internal teams on compliance matters. Participate in product testing and certification processes. Identify and mitigate potential compliance risks proactively. Profile A successful Product Compliance Specialist should have: Experience in compliance within the industrial or manufacturing sector. Strong understanding of regulatory standards and procedures. Excellent organisational and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
