Responsible for the management and control of major accident hazards and risk to the site. Compliance with company standards and legislative requirements whilst displaying the company values to drive continuous improvement in process safety systems, processes and culture. Client Details Michael Page are supporting a trusted manufacturer in Grimsby with their search for a Process Safety Engineer. Description Lead the development and implementation of internal process safety policies and procedures to meet the COMAH regulations requirements and site PSM program. Provide leadership and technical assistance on process safety issues and act as the local expert for process safety activities. Support the update and revision of the Site COMAH safety report. Lead / participate in HazOps and PHRs Coordinate other process safety risk assessments for the site including LOPAs, SIL, DSEAR, OBRA etc. Undertake assigned action arising from process safety risk assessments. Lead / support HSE process safety interventions. Establish an effective management system for process safety tasks, assuring process safety documents are maintained and continually improved.
