Client Details An organisation within the manufacturing sector based in Portsmouth, currently undergoing huge growth looking to add to their established Manufacturing Engineer team.
Description Develop and optimise manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
Collaborate with the engineering team to implement new product designs into production.
Identify and resolve issues within the manufacturing process to maintain quality standards.
Support the introduction of new technologies and equipment to enhance production capabilities.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations in all manufacturing activities.
Provide technical support and training to production teams.
Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.
Work closely with suppliers to source materials and components efficiently.
