Job Description As a Maintenance Planner, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing maintenance activities across a busy operational site. Working closely with Engineering, Operations and Stores teams, you'll ensure maintenance work is effectively planned, scheduled and resourced to maximise equipment reliability, improve compliance and reduce downtime. Manage and maintain the preventative maintenance (PPM) schedule. Plan and schedule maintenance activities, shutdowns and corrective works. Coordinate labour, materials, contractors and spare parts to support maintenance activities. Produce maintenance KPI reports, downtime analysis and compliance data. Support engineering reliability initiatives and continuous improvement projects. Maintain accurate, audit-ready maintenance documentation and records. Help drive a proactive maintenance culture focused on safety and operational excellence. A successful Maintenance Planner should have: Previous experience in a Maintenance Planner, Maintenance Coordinator or Engineering Planner position. Experience working within manufacturing, recycling, waste, production or industrial environments. Strong CMMS knowledge and experience managing maintenance schedules. Good understanding of maintenance processes and engineering operations. Proficient in Microsoft Office and maintenance reporting tools. Experience producing KPI reports and analysing maintenance data would be advantageous. Competitive salary of Β£40,000 - Β£48,000 depending on experience. Performance-related bonus scheme.
