You will direct, manage, and optimize production processes to meet business objectives, proposing and implementing process improvements.

Description The Interim Production Manager will be responsible for/to: Ensure compliance with health, safety, wellbeing, and environmental policies, including incident reporting and corrective actions.
Take full responsibility for production processes, continuously improving productivity, yields, and minimizing losses.
Ensure all operatives are fully trained and competent, achieving optimal yields.
Develop and monitor KPIs for process improvements.
Manage operating budgets and provide strategic CAPEX plans for future improvements.
Precisely manage and account for product stocks.
Perform HR duties such as appraisals and return-to-work interviews.
Maintain high housekeeping standards.
