We are seeking a dedicated Health and Safety Advisor with a strong background in the Industrial/Manufacturing sector. The successful candidate will provide specialist advice, implement safety policies and procedures, and ensure compliance within the Engineering & Manufacturing department.

Description:
- Provide specialist Health and Safety advice to the Engineering & Manufacturing department.
- Implement and maintain safety policies and procedures in line with regulatory requirements.
- Perform risk assessments and inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Lead safety training sessions for staff members.
- Investigate accidents or incidents, identify root causes, and recommend preventive measures.
- Participate in health and safety committee meetings.
- Compile and present health and safety performance reports.
- Stay abreast of industry developments and changes in health and safety legislation.
Profile: A successful Health and Safety Advisor should have:
- An academic qualification in Occupational Health and Safety or related field.
