A dynamic, high-growth manufacturing group operating within the precision engineering, aerospace, and defence supply chain is looking to appoint a Head of Regional Operations to lead the integration, optimisation, and performance of multiple UK sites.
What You'll Be Doing
- Multi-site leadership: Standardise processes, drive performance, and embed best practice across newly acquired sites.
- Integration change: Align ERP, quality standards (AS9100), reporting, and culture across the group.
