My client is a specialist recycling and reuse company focusing on Electrical Waste and Electronic Equipment. They ensure environmental sustainability through efficient waste management. In this role you will help carry out both reactive and planned preventive maintenance, ensuring maximum uptime, environmental compliance, and safe operation of critical plant and equipment.
- Ensuring Night Shift Stability Assurance
- Following Environmental & Regulatory Compliance
- Monday to Friday - 45 hours per week
- High mechanical and process awareness.
- Mechanical bias with Level 3 qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of mechanical experience, ideally involving hydraulics, pneumatics, or process plant machinery.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment; recycling/WEEE experience desirable.
- Flexible, team-oriented attitude with the ability to support additional tasks or shifts when required.
- Understanding of continuous improvement and new working methods.
- Willingness to cover alternative shifts when needed.
