This role focuses on improving the reliability and performance of Electrical Instrumentation (E I) assets by combining hands-on technical work with reliability engineering and continuous improvement. It supports safe and efficient operations through failure analysis, asset strategy development, and close collaboration with maintenance and project teams.

Description:
- Review equipment logs, breakdown records, and historical data to identify recurring faults and trends.
- Proactively lead initiatives to eliminate repeat failures and improve asset reliability.
- Develop and execute reliability strategies for specific equipment and systems.
- Deliver training to maintenance teams on new equipment, methods, and emerging technologies.
- Manage maintenance-driven projects (primarily OpEx, with occasional transition into CapEx).
- Provide subject matter expertise on site CapEx projects, ensuring alignment with maintenance needs.
- Collaborate with the Electrical Coordinator, Planner, and Scheduler to implement solutions through established processes.
