- Competitive salary ranging from £40,000 to £55,000 per annum.
- Day shifts from 7:30 am to 4:30 pm, with an early finish at 2:00 pm on Fridays.
- Seasonal shift patterns (July-September) with 56-hour weeks, including 16 hours at 1.33x pay.
- Overtime compensation for hours exceeding 40 per week at 1.33x pay.
- Two weeks of holiday during the Christmas period.
