Description
- Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
- Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
- Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
- Follow health and safety regulations at all times.
Shift Pattern
Week 1 - 6am - 2pm.
Week 2 - 2pm - 10pm
Profile
A successful CNC Setter Operator should have:
- Experience in operating and setting CNC machinery within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
- The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- A solid understanding of machining processes and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety practices.
Job Offer
- £38,000 - £41,000, dependent on the level of experience.
