Job Description

As a CNC Setter Operator in Falmouth within the industrial and manufacturing sector, you'll ensure the efficient operation of CNC machines to produce high-quality components. Description

  • Set up and operate CNC machines to produce components according to specifications.
  • Read and interpret technical drawings and work instructions.
  • Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machines to ensure optimal performance.
  • Monitor production processes to ensure quality standards are met.
  • Adjust machine settings as needed to maintain accuracy and efficiency.
  • Keep accurate records of production and maintenance activities.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and deadlines.
  • Follow health and safety regulations at all times.

Shift Pattern

Week 1 - 6am - 2pm.

Week 2 - 2pm - 10pm

Profile

A successful CNC Setter Operator should have:

  • Experience in operating and setting CNC machinery within an industrial or manufacturing environment.
  • The ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • A solid understanding of machining processes and tools.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and safety practices.

Job Offer

  • £38,000 - £41,000, dependent on the level of experience.
