As a Maintenance Electrician in Stoke-on-Trent, you'll play a key role in keeping the industrial and manufacturing operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day tasks will focus on maintaining, repairing and ensuring the safe operation of electrical systems and equipment.

The organisation operates within the Energy industry and is based in Stoke-on-trent.

Description

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on electrical systems and equipment.
  • 07:00 - 15:30 Monday - Friday (Wednesday - Sunday 1 week in 4)
  • Diagnose and resolve electrical faults to minimise downtime.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety standards during all tasks.
  • Install and test new electrical systems and components as required.
  • Collaborate with other teams to support production and operational efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
  • Conduct regular inspections to identify potential issues and take preventative action.
  • Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and provide effective solutions.

Profile

A successful Maintenance Electrician should have:

  • Relevant electrical qualifications or certifications.
  • Experience in industrial or manufacturing environments.
  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to electrical work.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A proactive approach to maintenance and repairs.
