My client is looking for an experienced and proactive Interim Engineering Manager to take full responsibility for their engineering and maintenance function at their North London site. This is a key leadership role where you'll drive plant reliability, maximise equipment uptime, lead maintenance strategy, and ensure the highest standards of safety, compliance, and operational performance across the site on an initial 3 month contract. Description Lead and develop the engineering department, ensuring high standards of performance and accountability. Manage all planned preventative maintenance (PPM) schedules and reactive maintenance activities. Monitor machinery performance and implement solutions to minimise downtime. Work closely with Production teams to coordinate maintenance activities with minimal operational disruption. Lead daily, weekly, and monthly engineering inspections and maintenance programmes.
