As a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of production equipment and machinery.
Your day-to-day will involve diagnosing faults, carrying out repairs, and keeping everything in top condition to minimise downtime.

This role is with a company based in Harrogate that operates within the FMCG industry.
Description
Duties will include;
- Planned and reactive maintenance on FMCG production machinery.
- Fault finding on electrical and mechanical systems.
- Minimise downtime and maximise production efficiency.
- Diagnose faults on PLCs, drives, motors, conveyors and automated equipment.
- Support continuous improvement and engineering projects.
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food manufacturing standards.
- Complete maintenance documentation and maintenance records.
- Work closely with production teams to ensure operational targets are achieved.
Profile
The successful candidate should have;
- Experience in maintaining machinery in an FMCG or similar manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage time efficiently.
- Familiarity with health and safety standards in an engineering setting.
Job Offer
- Salary is £52,600
- Working 12 hour shifts on the following 28 day shift pattern: (Days - Rest - Nights) 7am-7pm and 7pm-7am
- Permanent position based in Harrogate.
