Our client is looking for a Material Planner / Analyst to support the MP&L Manager in ensuring material availability, production continuity, and customer schedule fulfilment. The role combines planning, forecasting, stock management, data analysis, and cross-functional communication to support business performance

Description

  • Manage customer schedules and support daily customer communications.
  • Ensure material availability to meet production and customer demand.
  • Forecast demand using sales data and business intelligence.
  • Work closely with production, logistics, warehouse, and subcontract suppliers.
  • Monitor inventory levels while reducing obsolete stock exposure.
  • Produce reports, analyse data, and manipulate customer schedules using Excel.

Profile

  • Previous experience in a Materials Planning, Production Planning, or Supply Chain role.
  • Ideally experienced within automotive or a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills are essential.
