Description
As the Aerospace Quality Engineer you will be tasked with the following -
Maintain and continuously improve the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with AS9100, ISO 9001, customer-specific requirements, and regulatory standards.
Lead investigations into internal non-conformances, customer complaints, and supplier quality issues using structured problem-solving methodologies such as 8D, Root Cause Analysis, and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
Conduct internal process, product, and system audits, ensuring compliance with aerospace standards and company procedures.
Collaborate closely with Manufacturing, Engineering, and Production teams to drive quality improvements and reduce defects, scrap, and rework.
Review and approve First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) in accordance with AS9102 requirements.
