- Analyse user behavior, engagement, retention, and conversion trends
- Support A/B testing from setup to results analysis
- Build dashboards and automate reporting using BI tools
- Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs
- Investigate product performance issues and uncover growth opportunities
- Translate data into actionable recommendations that drive business impact
- Collaborate with data teams to improve data quality and reporting workflows
Profile:
- 2+ years of experience in Product or Data Analytics
- Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA
- Solid understanding of experimentation and statistical analysis
- Python or R experience preferred
- Strong communication skills with a business-first mindset
- Curious, proactive, and comfortable solving complex problems
