  • Analyse user behavior, engagement, retention, and conversion trends
  • Support A/B testing from setup to results analysis
  • Build dashboards and automate reporting using BI tools
  • Partner with Product and cross-functional teams to define and track KPIs
  • Investigate product performance issues and uncover growth opportunities
  • Translate data into actionable recommendations that drive business impact
  • Collaborate with data teams to improve data quality and reporting workflows

Profile:

  • 2+ years of experience in Product or Data Analytics
  • Strong SQL skills and experience working with large datasets
  • Experience with tools like Looker, Tableau, Mixpanel, Amplitude, or GA
  • Solid understanding of experimentation and statistical analysis
  • Python or R experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills with a business-first mindset
