As Temporary Creative & Design Lead, you'll oversee creative projects and campaigns.. You will own the visual identity, digital design system and creative craft for social and digital channels, ensuring each brand shows up distinctly, consistently and with high creative quality across every touchpoint.

Description
Support the development of digital visual identity guidelines and design principles, including social-first design templates for organic, paid and wider campaign usage
Managing campaign concepts, art direction, storyboards and design routes including static assets, motion assets, social toolkits
Produce scalable AI-enabled design workflows and toolkits to improve speed, consistency and creative output
Lead the development of platform-first creative concepts
Translate social trends and consumer insight into creative opportunities
Drive creative excellence across all outputs
Own art direction for campaigns, content series and influencer activity
Review and approve all creative output before publication
Profile
Proven experience in a creative and design role, in a consumer facing business from food, drink, FMCG or similar
A strong portfolio showcasing impactful design work
Expertise in managing creative projects from concept to completion
Excellent collaboration and communication skills
A solid understanding of brand guidelines and marketing strategies
Job Offer
Temporary contract, 5 months initially, immediate start
Daily rate of £400-£450 a day umbrella, dependent on the level of experience
