Analyse current logistics processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
Develop and implement strategies to optimise workflows and drive effective operations.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver process improvement initiatives.
Monitor and report on the performance of implemented changes, ensuring continuous improvement.
Provide guidance to
Provide training and support to team members on updated processes and best practices.
Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards in all process improvements.
Document and communicate process changes to relevant stakeholders effectively.
Support the logistics department in achieving key performance indicators.
Profile
A successful Business Process Excellence Engineer should have:
A strong understanding of operational logistics processes within the 3rd Party logistics (transport and distribution) industry.
Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency projects.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Accreditation in one of MTM, Six Sigma, lean is preferred.
The ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong communication skills to present findings and implement changes.
Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements.
A proactive and results-driven approach to work.
