We're seeking a Sustainability Coordinator to support the delivery of a major energy efficiency improvement programme across a portfolio of residential properties throughout England, Scotland and Wales.

Acting as the central point of contact between residents, contractors and project partners, you'll play a key role in improving homes, reducing energy consumption and ensuring compliance with evolving environmental standards.

Description Act as the primary liaison between residents, contractors, consultants and project stakeholders.

Support the delivery of a large-scale residential energy efficiency improvement programme.

Manage communications with residents throughout the retrofit process.

Resolve issues that may impact project delivery, including access challenges and resident concerns.

Raise and manage works orders, variations and invoice processing.

Maintain accurate records within property management systems.

Update EPC, warranty and property component data.
