Description:
  • Support the administration and management of HR systems, including Success Factors, PeopleDoc, Equate, and EquatePlus.
  • Assist in implementing and maintaining reward and benefits programmes for employees.
  • Provide accurate data analysis and reporting to support decision-making in the Human Resources department.
  • Collaborate with other HR team members to ensure smooth delivery of employee services.
  • Manage Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Visio, to support HR operations effectively.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes and systems to enhance efficiency.
