- Assist in Property Transactions: Support solicitors with the completion of property transactions, including sales, purchases, leases, and transfers.
- Document Management: Prepare, review, and organise legal documents, such as contracts, leases, and deeds. Ensure that all documentation is compliant with relevant laws and regulations.
- Client Liaison: Communicate with clients, surveyors, estate agents, and other professionals to gather necessary information, provide updates, and ensure that all parties are informed throughout the transaction process.
