Description
The responsibilities of the role include:
- Provide administrative and coordination support for a large-scale, multi-site rollout programme
- Manage scheduling, including coordinating timelines, meetings, and deployment activities across multiple offices
- Maintain trackers, action logs, and task lists to monitor progress and ensure deadlines are met
- Coordinate internal communications, including drafting and sending scheduling updates, instructions, and reminders
- Liaise with cross-functional teams (IT, Facilities, Office Management) to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Organise onsite logistics, including booking meeting rooms, arranging building access, and supporting site readiness
- Manage inventory-related admin of the rollout
