Description Programme Manager, Portsmouth: Lead a portfolio of complex engineering and product development programmes from initiation through to commercial launch.
Define project scope, budgets, resource plans, milestones and delivery schedules Establish clear project governance, reporting structures and stakeholder communications.
Drive cross-functional collaboration across engineering, operations, quality, supply chain and commercial teams.
Monitor programme performance using KPIs and proactive risk management techniques.
Ensure projects are delivered in line with agreed quality, cost and timescale objectives.
Partner with senior leadership to align programme delivery with strategic business priorities.
Identify opportunities for continuous improvement within programme management processes and project execution.
Profile Programme Manager, Portsmouth: A successful Programme Manager should have: Proven experience managing complex programmes within manufacturing, engineering or technical environments.
Strong track record of delivering new product introduction or product development projects.
Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams through complex project lifecycles.
Strong commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and resources.
Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Skilled in project governance, risk management and performance reporting.
