As a Personal Assistant in the financial services industry, based in the City of London, you'll play a key role in providing 1-2-1 support to an MD. This includes diary and inbox management,, scheduling meetings and global travel. Client Details Providing 1-2-1 support to an MD within a large Bank, based in the City of London. Description Personal Assistant responsibilities: Providing 1-2-1 support to a Managing Director. Inbox and diary management. Drafting and responding to emails on MD's behalf. Liaising with senior internal and external members. Coordinate global travel arrangements and itineraries. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports and presentations. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism. Assist with organising events and team activities. Processing expenses. Ensure efficient office operations by addressing administrative needs. Profile A successful Personal Assistant should have: Previous experience providing 1-2-1 support.
