Description Managing a diverse portfolio of employee relations cases, providing timely and expert advice to managers and employees on a range of people matters.

Supporting performance management activities, including capability processes, development planning, and the effective use of people data and HR systems.

Leading attendance management processes, including absence monitoring, return-to-work discussions, and the management of long-term sickness cases.

Providing clear and practical guidance on HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.

Building strong and effective relationships with managers, acting as a trusted advisor on people-related matters and supporting informed decision-making.

Collaborating with Housing, Assets, and Corporate teams to deliver a consistent, high-quality HR service across the organisation.
