Our client is looking for a Paralegal Supervisor.

Description:
- Review and allocation of incoming instructions from the client including tracking and mapping the team's capacity and capabilities to ensure work is being allocated appropriately.
- Tracking progress to ensure deadlines are met, answering questions from the team and liaising with instructing lawyers to keep them updated on how the work is progressing.
- Working with data rooms and online trackers to ensure that they are being accurately maintained and matters are being progressed in a timely manner.
- Ensuring all conflict requests and matter opening requests are being dealt with in a timely manner.
- Attending weekly client update calls.
- Assisting with the recruitment process in relation to interviewing candidates and new start processes.
- People management of a sub-team of paralegals to include tasks such as onboarding of new team members, approval of holidays, monitoring sickness, giving feedback, wellbeing support, identifying and implementing training needs and yearly appraisals.
- Financial management and reporting including reviewing the team's time recording to ensure all time is recorded correctly, managing balances and WIP processes.
Profile:
- Previous paralegal experience, preferably with experience of supervising a team.
- Excellent attention to detail; an analytical, thorough and committed approach to work.
- Exceptional communication skills; must be able to interact with colleagues at all levels to include Partners and Associates.
- Excellent time management skills; ability to prioritise conflicting deadlines.
- Excellent IT skills.
- Enthusiastic and pro-active approach.
