Job Description As an HR Advisor, you will provide high-quality support and guidance to schools on a broad range of people issues, helping leaders navigate complex employee relations matters with confidence. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will respond to queries via telephone, email and virtual meetings, delivering timely, accurate and pragmatic HR advice while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice. Provide professional advice and guidance on HR policies and procedures. Support managers with employee relations issues, including disciplinary and grievance matters. Assist with recruitment processes, ensuring adherence to organisational standards. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with data protection regulations. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth HR operations. Provide support for training and development programmes as required.
