Description

  • Manage calendars and schedule meetings for a team of circa 6-7
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
  • Handle travel arrangements, including booking transport and accommodation.
  • Maintain and organise filing systems, both digital and physical.
  • Respond to emails and phone calls professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in organising events and team activities.
  • Provide general administrative support to the secretarial and business support team.
  • Ensure confidential information is handled with discretion and professionalism.
