We are looking for an organised and pro-active person who has worked within smaller organisations in the past, and enjoys implementing new processes and helping a team to run more smoothly.

Client Details: A busy, growing small business, which provides research and evaluation for a range of organisations. The company offers a highly positive and productive working environment with flexible working hours to enable balance with other commitments.

Working arrangements: The company is based in a lovely co-working space close to London Bridge and surrounding transport links. This role will require someone to be in the office 2 days a week and will be for a period of 3 months initially.

Description:

  • On-board and provide assistance to 2 summer interns working for six weeks each.
  • Proactively manage the CRM & project management system upgrade and support the team to develop its bespoke approach, liaising with an external consultant.
  • Co-ordinate recruitment and subsequent on boarding.
  • Project specific support for three members of staff in planning & delivering current projects, where possible & reducing their administrative workloads.
  • Help sort out specific operation aspects of the business, including BCorp accreditation (in process), membership of bodies and accreditations.
  • Support the Director where needed, including working on a plan for future staffing and operational requirements.

Profile: We are looking for an organised and pro-active person who has worked within smaller organisations in the past, and enjoys implementing new processes and helping a team to run more smoothly. Experience of implementing or upgrading a CRM would be hugely advantageous.
