In this role you will:

  • Provide high-level administrative support to senior stakeholders, including complex diary management, meeting coordination, and inbox oversight.
  • Manage frequent changes to schedules and priorities in a fast-paced, front-office trading floor environment.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including arranging logistics, preparing materials, and handling follow-ups.
