Job Description An exciting opportunity for an HR Assistant to join a busy HR team, providing operational support across HR administration. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with experience handling confidential data and producing accurate management information using advanced Excel skills. Our client is a well-established international financial services organisation with a strong presence in the UK market. They are recognised for their commitment to excellence, professional development and maintaining high standards within a regulated environment. Support the coordination and administration of the organisation's learning and development programme. Produce HR reports, dashboards and management information using Excel and other data analysis tools. Analyse, reconcile and validate HR data to support informed business decision-making. Provide administrative support for employee relations cases, maintaining accurate and confidential documentation. Assist with employee engagement initiatives, surveys and wellbeing activities. Maintain accurate HR records and ensure compliance with internal policies and audit requirements. Support employee lifecycle activities and provide general HR administrative assistance as required. Hold a degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related discipline. Have at least three years' experience within banking, financial services, or another regulated environment. Possess advanced Excel skills, including Pivot Tables, Lookup functions, data analysis, and reporting. Demonstrate strong analytical and numerical skills, with the ability to interpret and present data effectively. Be able to work independently while collaborating effectively as part of a wider HR team. Demonstrate a proactive and flexible approach to supporting a broad range of HR activities. Daily rate between Β£150 and Β£165, dependent on the level of experience. Temporary contract for six months with possible for extension.
