Support Change Lead in Leeds

Job Description As Change Lead, you will partner with business leaders, operational teams and project stakeholders to ensure strategic change programmes are successfully adopted and deliver measurable business outcomes. You will be responsible for developing and implementing change management strategies, supporting leaders through transformation, and ensuring colleagues are equipped to embrace new ways of working. A leading manufacturing business is seeking an experienced Change Lead to play a pivotal role in delivering business transformation and continuous improvement initiatives across multiple sites and functions. Lead the people side of change across business transformation programmes. Develop and deliver comprehensive change management plans. Conduct stakeholder analysis and engagement activities. Assess organisational readiness and identify adoption risks. Support leaders in driving behavioural and cultural change. Create training and capability-building approaches to support successful implementation. Work closely with project managers, operational teams and senior stakeholders to ensure successful programme delivery. An understanding of recognised change management methodologies such Strong facilitation, coaching and workshop delivery skills. Experience supporting technology, process or organisational change programmes. A collaborative approach and a passion for helping people navigate change successfully. Competitive salary ranging from £50000 to £55,000, dependent on the level of experience.
