We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Systems Administrator to join our industry leading client in the Not For Profit / Education Sector.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR systems professional to play a key role in supporting and developing HR information systems, ensuring data accuracy, compliance, and an excellent user experience across the organisation.

Client Details A not-for-profit organisation located in Birmingham, our client is an industry leader in education.

They are now seeking a HR Systems Administrator to join their team on a temp to perm basis on a hybrid working schedule, with the option to work remote.

Description Address technical issues in coordination with IT or external system providers.

Administer and maintain the organisation's HR Information System (HRIS) (experience with Every is desirable but not essential).

Manage system user accounts, access levels, and permissions.

Provide first-line support to users, investigating and resolving system issues in a timely manner.

Ensure HR data is accurate, secure, and compliant with relevant policies and legislation.

Support data cleansing initiatives to improve data quality and system reliability across the Trust.
