We are seeking a dedicated HR professional, adept at providing excellent support within the human resources department of a well-known leisure, travel & tourism company based in Liverpool. This role will focus on candidate generation and other HR responsibilities.

Our client is a large organisation within the Leisure, Travel & Tourism sector. They are based in Liverpool and are renowned for their top-notch services and a team that is passionate about providing unforgettable experiences to their customers.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying and engaging with potential candidates.
  • Providing support in the recruitment and selection process.
  • Assisting with onboarding and induction processes.
  • Contributing to the development of HR policies and procedures.
  • Supporting the HR team in employee relations matters.
  • Managing HR records and reports.
  • Ensuring compliance with HR laws and regulations.
  • Participating in HR projects as required.

Profile:

  • An academic background in Human Resources or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of HR laws and regulations.
  • Proficiency in using HR systems and databases.
