As a Conveyancing Paralegal in Inverness, you'll play a key role in managing residential and commercial property transactions. Your work will help ensure legal processes run smoothly and efficiently for clients in the professional services industry Client Details A professional services organisation based in Inverness, specialising in legal services. Description Draft and review legal documents related to conveyancing transactions. Conduct property searches and prepare reports for clients. Liaise with clients, solicitors and other third parties to progress transactions. Manage case files and ensure compliance with legal procedures. Provide updates to clients on the progress of their cases. Handle post-completion tasks, including the registration of titles. Maintain accurate records and ensure deadlines are met. Profile A successful Conveyancing Paralegal should have: Experience in residential and/or commercial property conveyancing. Strong organisational and communication skills. Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks. Knowledge of relevant legal procedures and regulations. Proficiency in using case management systems and legal software.
