Our client is an industry leading manufacturer within the Health & Leisure industry. With a strong presence across the USA, UK & Europe, this is a newly created role focused on managing Inside Sales teams in Europe and driving Sales Conversions within the Direct to Consumer Division.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct management of 3 managers within Inside Sales - 1x UK, 1x France, 1x Spain.
  • Overall leadership and responsibility for Inside Sales Teams across Europe supporting D2C Customers covering UK, France, Germany & Spain.
  • Create and instil a culture of sales excellence through regular training, development and support to the team.
  • Improve and drive sales conversion and sales uptake across all D2C channels including email and web enquiries.
  • Management of the end-to-end sales cycle ensuring a world-class service is provided to customers during all interactions.
  • Build and implement a commission structure that will incentivise and drive team performance, along with supporting business-wide objectives.
  • Develop a voice of the customer programme to ensure customer feedback is acted upon and reduce customer issues and complaints.
  • Create a proactive function supporting D2C customer base via both inbound and outbound channels.
  • Develop and implement KPI dashboard.
  • Create and deliver reports based on customer behaviour, Customer Service Levels, Sales Performance & Market Trends.

Profile:

  • Experience managing European / International Teams or markets.
  • Understanding of Contact Centre channels and technologies.
  • Proven record of delivering results within a commercially focused environment.
  • Ability to develop and implement a positive culture.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Passion / Interest within Health & Fitness (desirable / non-essential).

Job Offer:

This is an exciting role that will join an expansive Global business within the Health & Leisure Industry. The Head of Inside Sales - Europe will be based at the Wakefield site, with occasional travel required to France & Spain. Hybrid working is on offer - 3 days in office, 2 from home. Role offers a salary of up to £60,000 plus generous bonus / commissions.
