- Manage the group's tax compliance, including corporate tax returns and VAT filings.
- Oversee tax reporting processes and ensure accurate submissions.
- Provide strategic advice on tax planning and risk management.
- Collaborate with external advisors on complex tax matters.
- Support internal teams with ad-hoc tax queries and training.
- Monitor changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on the business.
- Ensure transfer pricing policies are applied consistently across the group.
- Prepare and present tax-related reports to senior stakeholders.
Profile
A successful Group Tax Manager should have:
- A professional tax or accounting qualification, such as CTA, ACA, CIMA, or ACCA.
- Experience handling corporate tax and VAT compliance.
- Strong knowledge of UK tax legislation and reporting standards.
- The ability to manage complex tax planning and advisory projects.
- Effective communication skills for liaising with internal teams and external advisors.
- An analytical mindset and attention to detail.
Job Offer
- A salary between £80,000 and £90,000, dependent on the level of experience.
