Description
- Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures to managers and employees.
- Support employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary matters.
- Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience for new hires.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring compliance with legal and company standards.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of HR initiatives and projects.
- Advise on employment law and best practices to ensure compliance.
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and development plans.
- Provide HR reporting and analytics to assist in decision-making processes.
Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
- A solid understanding of HR policies, employment law, and best practices.
- Experience in handling employee relations and advising on HR matters.
- Strong organisational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective working relationships.
- The ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
Job Offer
- Salary ranging from Β£36,000 to Β£40,000 dependent on the level of experience.
